Juan is a licensed architect with over twenty-five years of international experience in the Architecture and Construction Industry. Specialized in commercial and Institutional projects his most excellent work is in residential high-rise, Low rise condominiums, and single residential houses.

Juan F. Polanco graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in San Buenaventura University Cali Colombia in 1993. He is an OAA registered Architect in Ontario, Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada and the Consejo Profesional Nacional de Arquitectura (Colombia) CPNAA.

After more than 5 years in Colombia, 6 years in the United States and over 18 years in Canada, Juan has worked with several award-winning architectural firms and now runs his own practice with an environmentally sustainable focus in the Greater Toronto Area.
